アラビア社のティーマ、イエローのマグカップです。
ティーマといえば、イッタラブランドに統合されてからも製造されているので、現行品を愛用していらっしゃる方もたくさんいらっしゃると思います。
今回ご紹介するのはアラビア社のバックスタンプのあるヴィンテージです。
最近になって製造された、より色の濃いハニーというカラーもありますが、イエローは少し淡い色をしています。
もともと、カイ・フランクが1953年にデザインし、1975年まで作られていたキルタKiltaシリーズがありました。
廃盤になってから、利用者から復刻を望む声が上がり、それに応えるようにしてカイ・フランクによってあらためて設計されたのがティーマです。
シンプルで機能的なことが特徴で、オーブン調理、テーブルウェア、保存容器などさまざまな用途に使用できるようにデザインされています。
装飾を一切せず、色彩だけで表現していることもカイ・フランクの考えを反映しています。

There is also a darker color called Honey that was manufactured recently, but the yellow is a little paler.
Originally, there was the Kilta series designed by Kaj Franck in 1953 and produced until 1975.
After it was discontinued, customers called for it to be reissued, and in response, Kaj Franck redesigned Teema.
It is characterized by its simplicity and functionality, and is designed to be used for various purposes such as oven cooking, tableware, and storage containers.
The fact that it is expressed only through color without any decoration reflects Kaj Franck's philosophy.
